Digiter integrates with membership & payroll systems and Active Directory for admin-authentication.

Authentication of reviewers, approvers & administrators by Active Directory of users or another user directory.

When expense reports fail the review, a message is sent by SMS to the member that the expense report needs to be corrected.

When there are expense reports that need attention, reviewing or approving, & nobody is yet dealing with them, notification e-mails are sent out the persons that have the authority to handle them.

The application is defined for a two-step reviewal process, where one person, who must not be the person who submitted the expense report, reviews the content & deems it OK – or not. In the latter case, it can be sent back to the member, with a message explaining what needs to be changed. If it is reviewed OK, it is then inspected by a second person, who must be a different person, who approves it for payout.

There will be occasions when there is a need to find expense reports or produce reports listing them. These features are available in the administrative part of the application. Once found, there may be a need to deal with them in a different way, like returning one that has been picked for processing to the queue, or simply cancelling the expense report. These features are also provided.
